How to delete more than 50 emails in Gmail in one shot ? - Cleanup Gmail

Gmail regular-user account provides maximum 15 GB storage, by default.  It is usually not sufficient for this information explosive age.  We may need to bulk delete multiple old/spam emails from a sender in one shot to quickly save storage.

Gmail provides a way to create a new Filter to find all these emails from a sender and then delete it.  Unfortunately, creating a new filter rule everytime may be an overhead and here I show how we can find all these emails and delete it without creating rules.

For example, Here, I am going to delete all the emails I received from "(noreply+feedproxy@google.com)".

1.) Find all the emails by searching them in the search box, from:(noreply+feedproxy@google.com).

(OR)

Select any one message, and then choose 'More :', choose 'Filter messages like these'.

2.) Now 'Select all' message option now, and then choose 'Select all conversations that match this search'.

3.) Now all the conversations selected. Simply press 'Delete' button.

That's all !!!
